Do I need to be home?
No, if a secure pickup location or concierge arrangement is available.
When am I charged?
Your payment method is securely saved when booking. Final itemized charges are processed after your garments are received and priced according to the applicable service pricing.
How long does cleaning take?
Normally approximately 48–72 hours, depending on garment type and service requirements. We do not promise same-day service.
