1. 서비스 개요1. Service Overview
COM Cleaners는 드라이클리닝, 세탁, 픽업 및 배달 서비스를 제공합니다. 저희 서비스를 이용하시면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. COM Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, and pickup/delivery services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. 서비스 이용2. Use of Services
고객은 픽업 요청 시 정확한 연락처와 주소를 제공해야 합니다. 부정확한 정보로 인한 서비스 지연에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. Customers must provide accurate contact information and address when requesting pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information.
3. 가격 및 결제3. Pricing and Payment
가격은 품목 유형 및 서비스에 따라 결정됩니다. 최종 가격은 의류 검수 후 확정됩니다. 결제는 배달 시 또는 사전 합의된 방법으로 이루어집니다. Prices are determined by item type and service. Final pricing is confirmed after garment inspection. Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed.
4. 의류 관리4. Garment Care
저희는 모든 의류를 전문적으로 관리합니다. 그러나 오래된 얼룩, 숨겨진 손상, 또는 의류 라벨의 관리 지침을 따른 결과로 발생한 문제에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. We handle all garments professionally. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or results from following care label instructions.
5. 손해배상 정책5. Damage Policy
저희 과실로 인한 손상의 경우, 의류 가치의 최대 10배까지 배상합니다 (최대 $100). 배상 청구는 배달 후 24시간 이내에 해야 합니다. In case of damage due to our negligence, we will compensate up to 10 times the cleaning cost (maximum $100). Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
6. 픽업 및 배달6. Pickup and Delivery
픽업 및 배달은 예약된 시간에 진행됩니다. 부재 시 안전한 장소에 의류를 보관합니다. 분실에 대한 책임은 고객에게 있습니다. Pickup and delivery occur at scheduled times. If you're not available, we'll leave items in a safe location. Responsibility for items left at the door transfers to the customer.
7. 미수령 의류7. Unclaimed Items
완료 후 30일 이상 수령되지 않은 의류는 처분될 수 있습니다. 저희는 미수령 의류에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may be disposed of. We are not responsible for unclaimed items.
8. 구인·구직 플랫폼8. Job and Job-Seeker Platform
ComCleaners는 구인자와 구직자가 정보를 게시하고 연락할 수 있는 온라인 게시 공간을 제공합니다. ComCleaners는 별도로 명시된 경우를 제외하고 고용주, 직업소개업자, 채용대행사 또는 고용계약의 당사자가 아니며 채용, 임금 지급, 근무조건 또는 게시 내용의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.ComCleaners provides an online space where employers and job seekers may post information and contact each other. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ComCleaners is not the employer, employment agency, recruiter, or a party to any employment agreement and does not guarantee hiring, payment, working conditions, or the accuracy of user-posted content.
구인 게시자는 실제 채용 권한이 있어야 하고, 직무·근무지·연락처 및 채용 시 합리적으로 지급할 것으로 예상하는 급여 범위를 정확하고 선의로 게시해야 합니다. 지원자의 이전 급여 내역을 요구하거나 차별적·오해 유발·불법 조건을 게시해서는 안 됩니다.Job posters must have authority to recruit and must accurately and in good faith state the role, location, contact information, and the pay range reasonably expected at hire. Posters may not seek an applicant’s salary history or include discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful requirements.
구직자는 주민등록번호·사회보장번호, 생년월일, 건강정보, 금융정보, 이민서류 등 민감한 개인정보를 게시해서는 안 됩니다. 연락처 공개 설정은 구직자가 선택하며 공개 시 일반 방문자가 볼 수 있습니다.Job seekers must not post Social Security or national identification numbers, birth dates, health information, financial information, immigration documents, or other sensitive personal data. Job seekers control the contact-display setting; publicly displayed contact details may be viewed by any visitor.
당사는 사기, 개인정보 침해, 차별, 불법 또는 본 약관 위반이 의심되는 게시물을 숨기거나 삭제하고 계정 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 채용 또는 지원 전에 상대방과 조건을 독립적으로 확인해야 합니다.We may hide or remove posts and restrict accounts when fraud, privacy violations, discrimination, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms are suspected. Users should independently verify the other party and all terms before hiring or applying.
